Basic Job Function:
The Manager of Regulatory Collection and Conversion oversees the operations processes that support the maintenance and updating of regulatory databases, supporting the company's profitability goals by leading teams toward the most efficient use of resources and continual productivity improvements. The Manager must continually and quickly incorporate new processes, and technological advancements to refine and streamline workflow. This position will have responsibilities of managing content that supports products across several platforms and the personnel responsible for the content such as Regulations and Agency decisions. The Manager clarifies and communicates company goals, priorities and mission to their teams. He/she will also act as the team's liaison with the director, peer managers, REPH, regulatory representatives, government relations, GTO, and LNNA groups and external vendors.

Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for all elements of editorial database, data workflow, data integrity, and timeliness and quality compliance of the database content for multiple jurisdictions in support of multiple product platforms and customer bases.
2. Responsible for driving the implementation of improved and measurable operational processes and a quality programs that will enhance product market availability.
3. Lead a team of Regulatory, Agency, LSM employees, including direct, temporary and vendor staff. Recruit, hire, train and motivate staff to perform under stringent deadlines and with exacting attention to detail. Allocate team resources in cooperation with other teams/units for resource sharing as production necessitates.
4. Responsible for all aspects of performance management and employee development. This includes writing and delivering formal performance evaluations, helping employees administer the 360 Degree Review process, and hold regular performance discussions with employees.
5. Initiate and lead specific short and long term projects across Content Operations, Editorial and Content Development, GTO and other departments, to further enhance existing workflows, processes, and to integrate new product development into the Content Operations organization. Must identify key areas of impact and proactively adjust or create organizational systems for full integration.
6. Responsible for tracking and reporting on content timeliness and accuracy, and taking proactive steps to adjust for financial shifts in revenue. Coordinate staffing levels to meet jurisdictional deadlines.
7. Drives the effort to work across group and department lines by working closely with other Managers and Directors of Content Operations, and Editorial and Content Development, REPH, LNNA and GTO, in collaboratively solving problems, prioritizing work agendas, and launching new initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years experience managing regulatory content, process and people
• Or any combination of education and experience that provides the candidate with the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
