How you will make contributions that matter...

• Lead day-to-day activities of pricing team, ensuring timely completion and sound decisions. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues.

• Ensure Broker contracts and addendums are maintained timely and accurately. Ensure that monthly brokerage payments are properly accrued, paid and monthly reporting sent to Management.

• Responsible for monitoring pricing policies and protocols are enforced as defined by business leadership and fall within audit guidelines.

• Work with the Pricing Director to identify gaps in existing pricing procedures and implement data management strategies to minimize occurrence of pricing discrepancies.

• Work with Pricing leadership and Sales team to drive a culture of continuous improvement and standardization across team members.

• Manage and assist team in resolving chargeback pricing issues and coach team in resolution practices.

• Aid in communicating mass pricing changes to distributors and field sales team in support of price review initiatives.

• Establish and implement training materials and processes as needed for Pricing and Sales team as related to pricing requests.

• Handle special projects as requested.

You are best suited for the role if you...

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or commensurate work experience.

• Previous supervisory experience a plus.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and build a high-performing team.

• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company and build a high level of trust.
• Ability to work with deadlines, handle pressure and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; SAP experience a plus.
