The Manager, Product Management (ACE Platform) is responsible for leveraging our proprietary ACE platform to leverage advanced speech analytics and AI opportunities for quality management, and deliver actionable insights to enhance call center operations, driving performance improvements across HealthPlanOne.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Cross-disciplinary team including software developers and speech analysts

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the ACE platform, aligning with company goals and market needs.
  • Drive Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product implementation and address any issues or improvements.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using these insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve the product and enhance the user experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of management experience with technical teams
  • Experience in speech analytics
  • Ability to approach tasks strategically, while owning and mastering the details
  • Exceptional problem-solving, as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Initiative to own projects from start to finish
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to work well with people across the company at all levels

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in Medicare industry
  • Experience with call center operations

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in an office or cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
