Manager of IT Business Applications If you are an IT Bussiness Applications Manager with 5+ years of experience, please read on.

Currently, we are looking for an IT Manager to oversee our Business ERP Applications and Salesforce platform.

This position is based near Columbus, OH, and is Hybrid-Remote.

What You Will Be Doing - Oversee the successful delivery of our IT business services, processes, and technology solutions
- Collaborate with key functional leaders on data management, analytics, deployment strategies, and process improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of ERP platforms like JD Edwards and also Salesforce
- Spearhead and plan the entire project life cycle (conception, kickoff, requirements, design, testing, implementation, and adoption)
- Consult with leadership to ensure all IT processes and efforts are supporting customer interaction and efficiency
- Manage IT resources, contractors, and 3rd-party vendors
- Manage an IT Team of 12 (with 5-6 Direct Reports)
- Manage and evaluate the performance of direct reports
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of IT Managerial experience
- Previous experience managing, implementing, designing, and supporting ERP platforms and Salesforce
- Strong IT Project Management experience
- Good knowledge of IT Security and Operations
- Strong leadership experience
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical terms
- 3rd party software vendor management experience
- Team management and vendor management experience
