This allows us to partner with teams across Facebook to drive our business forward by representing the community to improve their experience, implementing in-product solutions, enhancing customer support operations, combining quantitative with qualitative signals to drive product launches, focusing on data management and scaling measurement outcomes.The PSO New Products team is seeking a Manager who is passionate about testing and launching Facebook's newest products geared towards partners ranging from advertisers to creators to publishers and more. This role will also be responsible for growing and developing a dynamic team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development. The ideal candidate will be strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, knowledgeable about marketing, attuned to the media ecosystem, and have an aptitude for measurement and data analysis. They will advocate for the team's goals while balancing the needs of their cross-functional partners in Product Marketing and Product Management. This Manager will also play an important role with the New Products' leadership team. They will have a responsibility to influence projects and drive alignment.

<ul><li>Develops a dynamic and diverse team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development</li><li>Leads a sub-function by showing complete ownership for vision, intent, goals, KPIs, roadmaps, etc.</li><li>Conducts prioritization conversations with product teams ensuring their program managers are set up for success in working on the right set of product launches</li><li>Evangelizes the team's efforts, communicates regularly (regarding critical fires, on-going issues, project updates, and other items) to keep necessary partners in the loop</li><li>Work extensively with cross-functional partners - e.g. Product Management, Product Marketing Management, Marketing Science, Strategic Partner Managers - in order to scope engagement models. Putting more process and structure in place (simple plug & play model for scale)</li><li>Works closely with their own manager to share ideas, challenges, etc. and agree on strategies to remove roadblocks, improve on ideas, prioritize work for themselves and the team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Client Success, Consulting, or related field</li><li>3+ years of people management experience, with experience attracting and scaling teams</li><li>2+ years work experience in marketing digital campaigns</li><li>Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams</li><li>Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive level leaders</li><li>Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products</li></ul>

<ul><li>Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems</li><li>Open, collaborative, and proven team player, with experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support, and a service orientation</li><li>Experience leading data-driven projects and excels at communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners</li><li>Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels</li></ul>
