Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Business Partner to join their team as a Manager of FP&A. This role is crucial for providing financial insights and analysis that support decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management to provide financial support and analysis for strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support project evaluations and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and control budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all business activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with senior management.
