Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to support Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope operations by maintaining our water treatment plant, automated CNC equipment, cutting line and automated insulating glass line. This includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure operation of production equipment (motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, electrical systems, etc.). A safe, organized, and clean work environment is our top priority.

Job Requirements:

**Minimum of a High School Diploma**
-Must be able to read and understand technical documents and drawings
-Must have demonstrated electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
-Must be able to install, modify and maintain Glass Manufacturing Equipment (Bystronic, Landglass, Bovone, Waterjet, Intermac & Forvet)
-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
-Previous experience in a mechanic or maintenance role preferred.
-Lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted while moving.
-Climb stairs and ladders to perform certain tasks.
-Must be able to complete our forklift training course.
-Must be able to complete our overhead crane training course.
-Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including different shifts and weekends as determined by your supervisor.
-Self-motivated and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
-Good computer skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-Good communication skills.
