Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a Food manufacturer in the West Covina, CA area. The right candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industry. We are looking for a hands on leader with a can do attitude.
COMPENSATION: 100k
MUST HAVE: 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industry
MUST HAVE: The desire to be out on the floor and not at a desk in an office
MUST HAVE: The ability to manage other shifts
Responsibilities:
- Manage entire plant maintenance program
- Ensure PM and maintenance schedules are followed
- Strive to continually find ways to improve plant maintenance
- Manage and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians
Requirements:
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience with 2+ years in the food industry
