Maintenance and PSM Planner

Where will you work: Position is hybrid with a 9/80 schedule and can be located at one of our terminal locations - Tampa Marine (2520 Guy Verger Blvd | Tampa, FL | 33605), Faustina (9959 LA-18 | St James, LA |70086), or Galveston (4500 Old Port Industrial Rd. | Galveston, TX | 77554)

As a maintenance and PSM planner you will work closely with other maintenance PSM planners and facility superintendents to provide support to Mosaic owned molten Sulphur, Ammonia and finished product distribution terminals. In this role you will focus on the continuous development and execution of the PSM program and its elements. More specifically, mechanical integrity via a risk-based inspection program using PCMS software, Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis, Incident Investigation, Training, and Contractor Management. This position provides CMMS support to provide for safe and efficient execution of PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance work at all sites. You will thrive in this role if you have a heavy industrial maintenance background, enjoy facilitating project meetings and are easily adaptable to learning multiple computerized applications.

What you'll do?

• Develop work scope, hold pre-job meetings, work with Procurement to review bids, and maintain proper documentation & drawings.
  
• Maintain proper CMMS documentation
  
• Oversee MOCs, complete PSSRs, update PSI, and ensure P&IDs are up to date.
  
• Serve as an area resource for maintenance expertise.
  
• Serve as an area resource for CMMS expertise.
  
• Provide training and assistance to area personnel
  
• Implement MI element of PSM program to ensure inspections are scheduled as required, review reports, address deficiencies.
  
• Execute elements of the PSM Program and maintain proper documentation.
  
• Trigger PM work orders in Maximo and distribute to appropriate personnel.
  
• Review completed PMs to ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance and reliability strategy.
  
• Generate and publish PM forecast and compliance reports.
  

What you'll need:

• High School diploma or GED
  
• A minimum of five years relevant experience
  
• Industrial maintenance experience
  
• Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  
• Process Safety Management or Mechanical Integrity experience
  
• Experience writing, implementing and following process safety programs
  
• Self-starter
  
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  
• Demonstrated presentation skills
  

Bonus points if you have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, process safety, occupational safety, or related field with a minimum of one year of experience
  
• PCMS, SAP, or Maximo experience.
  
• Proficient with scheduling software such as: MS Project or Primavera
  
• Experience with AutoCAD
