Adecco is currently assisting a manufacturing company in Monticello, IN in their search for Machine Operator Assistants. Learn from some of the BEST machine operators in town! Training would be on 1st shift but then you would move to either 2nd or 3rd shift. The hourly rate $16.32 while training then get .30 increase once moved to the off shift. -Have a solid work history
-Mechanically inclined
-Have a high school diploma/GED
-Must pass a background check and drug screen
-Must have or be able to obtain steel toe shoes
