The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Job Title: Logistics Tech 3 / Team Lead



Your Role :
The Shipping Lead is responsible for the execution of the day to day operation of assigned areas with accountability for delivering desired results against the team's plan. They are responsible for insuring that team members are held accountable for their assigned work load. In addition, the Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership and training to all warehouse members to allow them to perform their roles to the best of their ability.

Key Duties:

  • Personally adhere to and enforce compliance with all safety procedures, policies, and maintain good housekeeping standards of team members. Adhere to GMP standards.
  • Insure that they are prepared to deal with any emergency action such as fires, injuries, power loss, inclement weather or similar type incidents.
  • Must be a team player. Communicate and interact with coworkers as a cohesive, supportive team member. Request support from leadership as needed.
  • Know and understand all defined areas of the equipment and operation in which they have completed required training.
  • Establish daily priorities for their assigned area that are in alignment with desired results for task executed during their shift.
  • Establish training plans.
  • Resolve usual and routine problems as they occur on shift.
  • Shift to shift interface/transition with other warehouse team members and site personnel as needed.
  • Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work area and warehouse.
  • Perform and assist in inventory control activities, including physical and cycle counts.
  • Audit orders before being loaded.
  • Professionally interface with truck drivers at the facility.
  • Track daily and monthly results as it relates to shipping.
  • Make all necessary Oracle transactions.
  • Assist with the development of warehouse improvement processes.
  • Assist with feedback relative to performance reviews.
  • Perform team wide meetings.
  • Familiar with staffing process; assist in staffing assigned team.
  • Positively enforce and support company policies, procedures, and work practices.
  • Fill in as needed for Leads in other areas.
  • Be able to perform and train all functions/positions needed to run the warehouse as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited department of education.

Must be able to meet all training requirements as outlined in the Skills Matrix and Performance, Learning and Development Plan.

Work effectively with teams and individuals.
