RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Logistics Specialist 1 in Coppell, TX.Responsibilities:

• Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity
• Provide SAP Support for warehouse operations which includes troubleshooting -unique- issues that may arise on a day to day basis
• Ensure quick and precise system execution for the receipt and delivery of products for production
• Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested
• Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary
• Work proactively with 3PL's to ensure continuous support for optimal production and solutions
• Assist Warehouses and internal customers on priorities and non-standard requests
• Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines
• Complete all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, or High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 2+ years of warehouse operations experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience in a high-volume, automated operations preferred
• High-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experience
• Reliable analytical skills
• Good social and team working skills
• Proficient ability in working within Excel
