Seeking and open to a Jr. Litigation secretary with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Seeking someone that is experienced with E-filing for state courts, has litigation calendaring experience (ABACUS is what they currently utilize) not a requirement, but would be a plus! Needs someone that can perform TOA/TOC's, draft complaints, pleadings and briefs, has experience with discovery shells. Their are a total of 4 attorneys at the firm, and for this role the candidate will be supporting two attorneys.
