The Intern will work closely with leadership within the State & Local Government segment to review current contracts and amendments for irregularities, summarize the key legal terms of contracts, and may work on other projects through the summer as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Rising 3L preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of contract law
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
