The Legal Intern is responsible for assisting the Legal Team's with various legal research projects, contract reviews and legal writing with the goal of having the Legal Intern finish the summer with a comprehensive writing sample.

This position is part of the Legal Department and will be Hybrid.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Interact and learn from seasoned in-house attorneys.
• Draft and review business critical agreements.
• Conduct legal research on complex legal issues.
• Gain exposure to IP law.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Currently enrolled as a first year or second year law student at an ABA-accredited law school
• Top academic performance
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills, sound judgment and innovative thinking
• Strong organization ability and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and adaptable; the ability to work on a team of diverse individuals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex information to simple terms

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Law firm setting

The hourly range for this role is $24 - 25/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
