Job Summary:
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our rental properties to prospective tenants. You will work closely with property managers to ensure all vacancies are filled promptly while providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding available units, leasing terms, and application processes.
• Assist prospective tenants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork.
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and preparing lease agreements.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including online listings, signage, and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental inquiries, applications, leases, and tenant communication.
• Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly, escalating issues to property managers as needed.
• Assist with organizing and hosting resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
• Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and attentive to tenant needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
