This role is responsible for the design, development, marketing, and delivery of development and learning interventions across the organization. The Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the learning management system (LMS) including, but not limited to, content and classroom management, as well as course tracking & reporting.
The Learning and Development Business Partner is a consultative resource to HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders providing expertise in strategic operations, planning and execution of learning and development efforts for the enterprise with care for measures aligning towards inclusive diversity.
