Peaceful Valley Montessori Academy is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher for our Eden Prairie location.

Position Summary:

Our Teachers support implementation of curriculum and strengthen our program by maintaining and enhancing a safe and nurturing classroom environment that supports each child's social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth and development.

• Offer Support: Help facilitate classroom activities.
• Get Creative: Assist in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons using provided curriculum.
• Nurture: Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.
• Have Fun: Sing, dance, marvel. Encourage and assist in positive social interactions.
• Care: Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a licensed child care setting
• Passion for teaching and positively shaping children's lives
• Ability to move quickly from one position to another to assist children as needed and in compliance with safety standards. Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
