Lead Superintendent If you are a Lead Superintendent with experience, please read on! We are a local GC with projects around South Florida. We are looking to bring on a lead superintendent for our projects immediately. If you have experience with large ground up institutional projects, please apply TODAY!
What You Will Be Doing - Oversee field crews in the operations department
- Establish construction schedules & review accounting reports
- Communicate with Vendors, subcontractors and clients
- Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of experience with:
- Commercial Construction
- Has Experience with Projects $20MM+
- New Construction/Ground Up Projects
- Experience with institutional/educational projects a plus
