As an important member of the Huggies Baby Wipes Research & Engineering (R&E) team, you'll work to improve and optimize new products and features based on technical and consumer research, and support product development efforts for current in-market product.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development efforts for projects from explore through commercialization, and support current in-market product.

  • Lead development of key product milestones, timeline, budget, and resource forecast for assigned projects.

  • Lead development and execution of product design strategy to deliver desired Marketing plans and benefits.

  • Manage development and lead execution of learning plans in conjunction with Marketing Research and Innovation Testing teams.

  • Lead development and execution of product changes in accordance with associated Quality Management requirements, including Design Controls.

  • Lead optimization efforts to enable cost, supply and converting improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in product development and/or technology development.

  • Demonstrated strengths in scientific experimentation methods, analysis and planning/organizing, and comprehension of technical literature.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Product Development field.

  • Successful experience using PLM, LabVantage, ETQ and/or JMP (or other statistical software tools).
