Lead Salesforce QA TesterBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Lead Salesforce QA Tester for Remote Opportunity.Title: Lead Salesforce QA TesterLocation: Remote JobJob Mode: RemoteSalary/Rate: TBDDuration: Contract to Hire or Direct hire Note: Resource must be eligible to work without sponsorshipResponsibilities and Activities:

• Maintenance of Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications.
• Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of projects, providing QA while coordinating with other project team members including developers, data team, business analysts and project managers.
• Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple applications.
• Define and execute data validation testing for projects involving data migration.
• Collaborate with the Delivery team regularly to design and implement new processes and tools that align to client business objectives.
• Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting, training and education on QA processes and tools.
• Participate in project scoping exercise by providing level of effort from testing perspective, and define testing requirements, deliverables and assumptions based on scope.
• Comfortable working on various kinds of projects including portal implementations, small-medium scale Salesforce based solution rollouts and our in-house product activations.
• Work closely with the Engagement Manager, Project Lead and Customer Success Team during requirement gatherings to ensure end-to-end understanding of business processes and further lead the creation of thorough testing scenarios.
• Serve as the key point of contact and triage for reactive coming from UAT testing and maintain reactive backlog for defects and/or enhancements.
