Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Cradlepoint is actively seeking an inspiring Senior Product Manager for the NetCloud Manager SaaS Product Management team.The candidate will own the data governance, APIs, connectors and ecosystems for NetCloud Manager and will help build next generation capabilities in those areas. The candidate is expected to have demonstrated thought leadership, hands-on experience, deep knowledge, and understanding in these areas from market, customer and competitive perspectives.

What Will You Do?

This position encompasses both, outbound and inbound functions. As a result, the candidate is expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own the product features for NetCloud Manager SaaS related to Data Governance, APIs, Connectors and Ecosystem uses cases to deliver the next generation capabilities to build
  • Ensure data is consistently collected, stored, and utilized in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across cross-functional teams
  • Work across engineering, business development, sales and marketing to set strategy, define the product, and make the difficult, high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market
  • Work with the product leadership team to assess the current product offering and set the vision, strategy, and execution plan with metrics to measure success
  • Conduct market and competitive research to build business cases for a development ecosystem to create product differentiation in the market
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and develop data management solutions
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to direct planning and execution across the full product lifecycle
  • Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine requirements, technical considerations, and business objectives
  • Maintainacomprehensive understanding ofcustomer network architectures and corresponding technicalrequirements
  • Representthe voice of the customer; distill product requirements into actionable user stories
  • Activelyparticipate in Agile process for software development lifecycle
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ten (10+) years of experience in product management of a WAN edge, networking and/or cellular product
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Knowledge of designing APIs, integration with 3rd party applications/connectors, and developer's ecosystem
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices, data privacy laws, and data management principles
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and drive change across the organization
  • Familiarity tool with data analysis and BI tools for metrics driven product improvements
  • Data-backed synthesis of customer behavior and product line performance; Able to communicate the customer narrative to influence others to make customer-backed decisions and take fast action
  • Ability to travel up to ten percent (10%)
Bonus Points:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience managing products across a broad set of stakeholder functions including program management and process improvement
  • Experience in preparing and presenting product commits for senior management and executive briefing

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

  • $138,250 - 236,900 / year

For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Cradlepoint also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

Your Time:

Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
