The Lokelma ® Supply Site (LSS) has recently remodeled office space to provide a pleasant office environment to support varying work styles and collaboration needs. LSS has an on-site café with a selection of snacks and refrigerated grab-and-go items for purchase. Additionally, the site offers a food delivery service through Foodsby, allowing employees to purchase food from a variety of local restaurants to be delivered to the site, which currently includes a discounted price for LSS employees.

The Lead Material Handler is responsible for the coordination and execution of warehouse and tank farm activities to include material receipt, sampling, stocking, documentation, and shipping of products; material staging and movement; delivery of customer non-inventory orders and all purchasing receipt functions in the SAP system. Responsible for all associated inventory receipt and shipping documentation as well as standard inventory reporting functions.

What you will do:

  • Lead team in prioritization of daily activities in the Tank Farm and Warehouse
  • Participate and lead investigations and resulting mitigations
  • Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Documentation drafting to include reports, SOPs, Forms, and Standard Work documents
  • Training of Material Handlers


Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School/GED


Essentials:
  • Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • WMS Experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Experience fork truck driver (stand up reach truck)
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed - Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm OR 8 am to 5 pm 7 to 4 or 8 to 5 pm


Desired:
  • MRP/ERP experience (SAP)
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Bulk chemical deliveries
