About the Job:

• Develop and execute inbound and outbound lead generation strategies using content, web forms, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Monitor lead progression and readiness for sales handoff, implementing campaigns to drive sales-ready leads directly to the Sales Team.
• Utilize Salesforce expertise to manage lead generation processes, including scoring, assignment rules, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze lead data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing for lead scoring refinement.
• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, collaborating on lead management processes, providing training, and developing dashboards for performance monitoring and KPI reporting.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or an account-based role.
• Highly proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven experience executing impactful enterprise marketing initiatives.
• Superb communication skills and proven project management skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Position:

• Pays $35/hr-$41/hr
• Temporary for ~4 months.
• Potential to convert to permanent.
• 3 days/week onsite in Alexandria, VA.
