Join our team of dedicated human services professionals as an In-Home Therapy Lead Clinician in our In-Home Therapy Program in Springfield, MA!

The Lead Clinician provides, oversees, and maintains overall quality and best practices of the In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Programs. The Lead Clinician position works collaboratively with Program Leadership to provide administrative supervision to staff as needed. Reports any discrepancies, difficulties, and/or deviations within the program's regulations, protocols, and processes. Provides and monitors staff training in policies, procedures, protocols, program specifications, documentation, and productivity model. Works with Program Leadership to monitor and ensure timely submission of required documentation to ensure compliance with program specifications. Participates with Program Leadership to hire new staff for program. Communicates effectively with funding sources, referral sources, telephone contacts, as well as BHN employees, colleagues, and co-workers daily.

In Home Therapy Clinicians at BHN have the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a mental health field (required).
• Have independent licensure or are license-eligible (required).
• Familiarity with DSM V
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems
