The Role
Lead Business Intelligence Analyst - Vendor Management. This role is within the Service Delivery Digital Transformation team. Being the main point of contact for the Digital Contact Center vendor, this role will drive the relationship between the offshore vendor and keep them aligned to the Service Delivery transformation strategy.
The Main Responsibilities
Drive adherence to the agreed upon vendor scope of work including metrics and development opportunities.
Drive ideation of business transformation efficiencies and apply them to the overall Digital Transformation strategy and capabilities.
Implements solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives.
Regular readouts of Vendor performance to leadership
Effectively communicate program status, risks and issues to leadership, and present options and recommendations for resolution
The position is the Business Unit lead for security requirements within the Vendor operations to match the Corporate Security requirements, including participating and documenting Audits of security practices. This includes ID management, system access verification and audits, and facility requirements to meet the continuously changing Security rules of engagement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 5+ years of related experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels
- Strategic and conceptual thinking that can transfer into a tactical execution plan.
- Previous experience managing vendor relationships.
- Proven success managing multiple projects, deadlines, initiatives, and tasks.
- Self-motivated and can deliver in collaborative settings.
- Demonstrable leadership skills
