We are in search of a new animal loving, hard working person to join our VCA Miller-Robertson Animal Hospital team!

A successful candidate will be a someone who strives for the highest quality of care to the pets in the hospital and has a caring and empathetic approach with our clients and pets.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Maintaining the cleanliness of the boarding facility, including disposing of animal wastes and thoroughly disinfecting runs and kennels.
* Feeding, watering, and in some cases administering oral medications, to the dogs and cats in our care.
* Taking dogs outside on walks, and providing mental stimulation and affection to the animals boarding with us.

Assisting and Holding pets in treatment under guidance and instruction of Technical and Medical team.

* Maintaining accurate logs of the animal health and client communication regarding the animals in the boarding facility.
* General custodial duties including taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.

* Client communication, and maintaining an understanding and open-minded approach with pets and people.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The Hourly range for this position is $ 16.50 to $ 18.50
