RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Junior Support Analyst, Asset Management in Framingham, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:These individuals will be part of the IT Support Team and they will be handling technical inventory for the IT department at this growing national firm. This role is full time in the corporate office. A Junior Support Analyst will be handling inventory, shipping, and receiving. An Analyst will work on assistance and troubleshooting with equipment in office including workstations, server room, and conference rooms. You will need to work with executives connecting and troubleshooting the equipment in the boardroom.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of Helpdesk experience
• Experience with IT equipment inventory management
• Hands on workstation and conference room support experience
• Experience supporting company executives in-person
• Looking for meticulous people, who work at speed with high accuracy
• Highly organized skills
