RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Richmond, VA that is seeking a Junior Data Analyst.Responsibilities:- Analyze and process Workday transaction requests
- Respond to and triage HR systems case management requests
- Run and resolve the outputs of system audits
- Monitor and resolve Workday integrations errors and manage the integration vendor relationships for Tier I support
- Handle verification of employment requests and escalations, including in-person mail requests
- Prepare and submit annual EEO1 reports and biannual OES (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics) reports
- Generate ad hoc, simple Workday reports
- Prepare and load basic Workday eibs
- Prepare metrics
- Cataloguing HR system case management requests
- Identify, implement and coordinate process and system improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR Operations experience
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HR cloud based platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, customer service and prioritization skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
