Desired Skills and Experience we are looking for:
• Solid Java developer experience
• Strong communication skills (most of the team is remote)
• Ability to work alone but also part of a team
• Ability to troubleshoot without asking a ton of questions
• Stay on top of technical trends

**Will have to do a Google Doc Screen share to see how technically strong. "Write a function to do this...." Define variables, make functions, answer basic questions and set expectations.
