HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a Clothing Manufacturer in need of a Direct Hire IT Support Technician in the North Phoenix area.

Position: IT Support Technician

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Location: North Scottsdale and Glendale

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for hardware support at two locations (Glendale and North Scottsdale), approximately 30 computers and peripheral devices
• Split time approximately 50/50 between both locations, supporting corporate office and warehouse/distribution center
• Load balancing and scalability
• Database performance modification
• Process improvement
• Software performance modification

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience providing VMWare support
• PBX (phone system) support experience
• Systems administration via Active Directory (adding/removing users, providing access management, etc.)
• Unifi Security Gateway (firewall administration)
• Experience with Android device support, preferably in context of warehouse RF or barcode scanners
