We are looking for an IT Project Manager III to join our team in Irvine, CA.

Job Duties: Manage various IT projects including Salesforce and Field Services (ServiceMax) Application roll-outs. Coordinate ongoing support to HORIBA group users following the Salesforce and ServiceMax rollout. Maintain project documentation following Salesforce best practices and work under the guidance of the HORIBA program office to align Salesforce and Smax solution components with end-to-end business processes and other enterprise architecture. Manage resources usage and allocation for projects as well as manage and conduct business requirements, gap analysis, and functional requirement workshops with key business users and stakeholders. Ensure deliverables and project milestones are met and perform end-of phase reviews with the Program Management office and consultants. Report deviations and non-compliances to the HORIBA program office and maintain costs and risk documentation.

Follow up with stakeholders, key users, core team, and consulting team to meet the project objectives and deliverables. Interact with core teams of subject matter experts for gap analysis and fitment, manage and track project changes, and resolve issues that result from such changes. Identify, analyze, troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning, expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow, and consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer science, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field and 5 years of post-degree, progressively responsible work experience in the job offered or related.
