Title: IT Manager, Network and Security

Required Skills:

5+ years of professional and progressive IT infrastructure experience, including design, support, troubleshooting, and architecture

2+ years of experience with Team Management and /or Team Lead and Project Management experience

Experience with Cisco Fortinet and SD Wan

Prior experience with Security - Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, or similar tools

Experience with MS o365 - Azure, Email - Outlook/Exchange

Experience with Cloud - AWS and/or Azure

Vendor Management experience for technology solutions providers - Cloud and/or Security

Strong Communication Skills - both written and verbal

Prior experience leading, training, developing , and motivating a team.

Desired Skills:

3+ years of Infrastructure Team Management

Network security or information security certifications, such as: Fortinet NSE 5, Fortinet NSE 4, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Check Point (CCSE), Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Information Security Professional (GISP), preferred.

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager who has prior experience leading , managing, and motivating teams to include both Network Administrators and Security Administrators. Our client is creating a new role due to growth and you'll report directly to the Director of IT Infrastructure. You'll be leading a team of 2 - 1 Systems Engineer and 1 Network Admin and will be tasked with hiring 2 additional team members shortly after joining - 1 additional Network Administrator and 1 Cyber Security Administrator. We're seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of team management and/or Team Lead with vendor and project management expertise. We're ideally seeking a candidate who has come up through the technical ranks on the Network and Security side , but who also has some exposure to Server Infrastructure. Our client is mostly a Fortinet environment with some Juniper in one of their 5 locations (domestic US).
