RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote IT Contract Analyst to join their team in Chicago, IL.Responsibilities:- In this role, the IT Contract Analyst will research variety of sources for valid contracts for software
- Upload contracts into Ariba along with key meta data fields, as well as ADO and Service Now CMDB
- The IT Contract Analyst will secure key elements of each contract to upload to four sources of data
- Secure documentation that assists in validating entitlements
- Provide status reporting/progress metrics
- Establish key targets and reach those goals/objectives
- As an IT Contract Analyst, you will establish on-going process to ensure documentation stays current and is regularly audited
REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert knowledge of supplier contracts and researching key elements years
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, including proven ability to comfortably interact with all levels of leadership, including one-on-one interaction with CIO, CFO, and firm partners
- Ability to traverse in experience in technology acumen has used multiple softwares, ERP, PeopleSoft, Ariba, etc.
- Experience gathering entitlements to Software Contracts, prioritizing work and understanding how to read and gather key information from contracts
- Experience with inputting informations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
