As a Business Analyst in Infrastructure Services, you will work with the End User Experience team to analyze customer needs and find ways to utilize technology to enhance the lives of our Veterans United (VU) team members.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Manage relationships with internal VU team members in order to collect customer needs, advance projects, and deliver on initiatives.
  
• Proactively meet with business partners to identify problems and needs.
  
• Analyze incident trends and work with technology teams to improve the end user environment.
  
• Translate business team member needs into requirements for stellar customer experience.
  
• Work closely with Support Team members to successfully deliver technology requirements for customer needs.
  
• Compile data representative of the user experience and present that information to teams within technology.
  
• Meet with new branch members to establish relationships and communicate technology resources.
  
• Occasionally travel to branch locations to fulfill technology needs.
  
• Ensure you continuously grow in business and technical knowledge.
