Our client, a video game company, is seeking an IT Analyst to join the esports technology team.

Responsibilities:


Manage inventory, maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting for all IT hosts and devices in the esports fleet, up to and including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, VMs, containers, etc.
Minimize pain and maximize boredom in all IT workflows: Process development, Automation, and Documentation will be your mantra as you seek to make everything simpler and more efficient.
Ensure compliance based on all Esports Technology Group standards and security policies
Identify gaps in infrastructure and accomplish projects to improve the quality of service
Seek opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies and non-value added tasks


Musts:


3-4+ years of IT experience
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell to help automate administrative tasks
Experience developing and managing Windows 10, Server 2008, and Server 2012+ services, including hands on experience with system installation and configuration, file
You’re a solid carry who can make an impact when alone, but shine brightest when working with a team.
