Job you will do

Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as an Integrations Team Manager might include:

• Working with consultants daily through standups and sprint planning meetings to manage and balance their workload
• Act as a technical and political escalation point for your team
• Work with leaders in other groups to find ways to work across technology groups more seamlessly
• Work with development leadership team to determine and execute strategic initiatives
• Actively consult clients on creative ways to solve business problems while keeping the ROI front of mind
• Work with account executives during the sales process to engineer and estimate level of effort for solutions
• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and to discuss the more technical aspects of a project.
• Work in Dell Boomi, Microsoft, or other platforms to build integration solutions.
• Work with Solution Architects or Technical Architects to aid in the design business processes, database schemas, etc. as they relate to an integration.
• Work in a team environment to build complex solutions to business problems using a variety of technologies including RPA, iPaaS, and custom scripting.
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies and features offered by iPaaS applications.
• Work toward completing a project while keeping scope and schedule in mind.
• Work on multiple projects at a single time.

Who You Are

• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and get a project over the finish line
• You are great at multi-tasking and meeting multiple project demands on time in a professional manner.
• You enjoy helping with the technical portion of a sales process
• You want to give customers a fantastic experience so they become referenceable
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• You have strong technical experience developing on the Boomi, Microsoft or other development platforms.
• You have deep integration and systems architecture experience
• You have a high level of business acumen, and you find excitement in working on varying parts of the business process with multiple companies in different industries.
• You are constantly learning and staying on top of technological trends excites you.
• You thrive working in a collaborative team environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
