The Inside Sales position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing phone, email and social media communication to new and existing customers to increase sales of products and services. This position will focus on customer acquisition through direct sales and Business Development Representative lead generation activity. This position involves cold calling new and existing clients, client business referrals and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and demo presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
