RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Ewing, NJ that is seeking an Incident Manager.Responsibilities:
  • Serves as lead intermediary between business operation areas and MIS/IT to help gather requirements for, plan for, and implement technology solution
  • Manages others with similar job skills and performs as a lead for both departmental technical analysis and related projects
The Incident Manager manages, motivates, organizes, and controls the staff and consultants who:
  • Serve as a liaison to business operations to effectively utilize Cenlar systems
  • Assist in finding/implementing technical solutions based on identified business needs
  • Works directly with business areas to provide solutions to immediate issues, using tools in the technology portfolio
  • Manages staff to ensure timely resolution of service request and help desk tickets; ensures adequate coverage during business hours and issue resolution is performed in a timely manner to minimize impact
  • Assists in the development of strategic, mid-term and short-term plans; communicates the plan to all constituents; communicates the changing of plans based on feedback of constituents
  • Creates requirements for department based on business short- and medium-term plans, ranging from technical specifications to changes in forecasting and technical strategy
  • Monitors day-to-day events through existing support tools and liaison role, to review efficiency of existing technology
  • Responsible for monthly management reporting of departmental effectiveness
  • Performs annual reviews, assigns goals, and meets with staff regularly to review progress against goals
  • Provides higher level support for issues not resolved through support escalation process


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
