Salary: $22.00 /hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota (on site position)

Key Responsibilities:



• Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding class action settlements.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate records by transcribing call information into our system.

• Assist in troubleshooting data irregularities and providing timely callbacks.

• Ensure high accuracy while efficiently resolving calls and digitizing hard copy documents.

• Provide invoicing support as needed.

Requirements:



• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Successful completion of a background check prior to starting

• Excellent attendance record along with being prompt and professional.

• Adherence to confidentiality policies.

• Candidates should exhibit dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
