Hours: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Description
- Performs routine preventative maintenance
- Functions as a journey mechanic and / or a general
- Works as required by Certificate of Competency with all types of HVAC, i.e., copper,
- steel, plastic, etc.
- Displays a good understanding of hospital drawings.
- Performs minor routine maintenance service to the hospital HVAC system and controls
- temperature and humidity through the energy management system
- Performs unrelated work as assigned as necessary.
- Supports the mission and vision of HCH at all times
- Maintains a clean and safe work area
- Complies with departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School or Vocational School graduate preferred
- EPA certificate preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in general maintenance or HVAC preferred (will consider candidates in technical or vocational school with no experience)
