Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an HVAC Mechanic to support its contract to provide facility operations and maintenance support in Silver Spring, MD (WMATA). Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm shift.

Qualifications/Experience:

HVAC Mechanic shall have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalency, EPA Universal, and six (5) years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience in facilities operations of a similar size.

Qualified candidates must possess and maintain a required MD 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License.
