Responsible for HR support including, but not limited to:

• Planning, implementing, communicating, and administering human resources programs, policies and practices
• Assist in coordinating events focused on employee recognition
• Maintain HR records for employees, prepare metrics, analytics and reports and ensure data integrity and privacy
• Ensure timely completion of compliance training
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Manage and lead all talent acquisition initiatives to ensure top talent attraction and retention
• Weekly, monthly and annual reporting
• Payroll file preparation
• Ensure that discipline implementation is consistent and fair
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive, and professional relationships throughout all levels of the organization to achieve business objectives and a positive culture
• Ensure a safe and fair working environment in compliance with company policy and employment laws
• Responsible for all administrative duties within the Human Resources department

Responsible for EHS support including, but not limited to:

• Actively participate in daily observations, inspections and audits
• Timely reporting of safety concerns via Gensuite software
• Responsible for ensuring OSHA mandated training is completed and updated via the Gensuite software
• Incident management and investigation
• Collaborate with management to discuss safety related actions and concerns
