Keller is looking for an experienced HRIS Payroll Analyst. This position is 100% remote and this person can sit anywhere.

Role Purpose: The HRIS Payroll Specialist primary functions is to support the maintenance and configuration of the human resource management system (HRMS) and Payroll system. This position serves as a point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists with data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and learning data flows for process improvement opportunities, system configurations. The Specialist also supports system updates, testing, configuration, projects and data issues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HRIS and Payroll system configurations include user security, setup and administration
  • Responsible for documenting functional requirements associated with projects and third-party implementations
  • Assist IT and HR functions with project implementation, formulate Process Overviews for internal resource needs and end user training
  • Responsible for the completion of assigned project deliverables and identifies implementation issues in a clear, thorough, and timely manner
  • Participate in applications testing with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors
  • Responsible for understanding HR and IT data transmissions, information and reporting requirements
  • Test new functionality, reports and modify requirements as necessary for new projects, acquisitions, etc. Coordinate and test plans and test scripts


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Professional, HRIS or HR Generalist, Payroll professional
  • One to two years of project management experience and systems implementation experience preferred
  • Solid interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to prioritize while meeting critical deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft O365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2009 experience preferred)
  • Ceridian Dayforce system administration experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline required
