Arhaus is looking for for an HRIS Analyst to join our growing HR Department! The HRIS Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting Arhaus’ HRIS functions. This position will keep up to date on new releases made to the system. Regularly review and audit system data integrity and continue to build efficiencies. This role will also leverage data, building and developing ad-hoc reporting as well as dashboards. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio with a hybrid schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform hands-on managing of internal requests for various UKG Pro modules – including Payroll, Core HR, Benefits and TLM.
  • Collaborate with leads to resolve varying configuration changes and needs.
  • Manage the integrity of HRIS and other HR systems applications.
  • Review changes made to employee records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Develop, prepare and analyze reports to support department needs.
  • Performing audits on HR processes and documents when required.
  • Discover and implement opportunities to optimize current systems and tools to improve HR processes.
  • Create and provide training on application updates and areas of needed help.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of building Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards through Cognos
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years HRIS experience (UKG Pro/UltiPro preferred)
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance laws, as well as Federal, State and Provincial Laws related to payroll administration, with excellent knowledge of overall compliance and government reporting requirements.
  • Past experience with HRIS / Payroll systems.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
