Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Program Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:
  • Performs the day to day operations of Contingent Staffing, interacting with Suppliers, responding to inquiries of internal and external users, managing contractor time cards and credential verification
  • Processes contractor payroll and vendor payments
  • Ensures overall program compliance to policy/guidelines along with monitoring and controlling contractor spend
  • Daily tasks of requesting accesses, cross charging timecards, updating tracking sheets, reviewing documentation and sending first day instructions to the proper contacts
  • Cold calling employees for work assignments


  • High School diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Comfortable and proficient in MS Excel
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to multitask
  • Flexible to changing needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams
  • Willing to work flexible hours; Potentially early mornings and weekends
  • Comfortable with providing standard work when needing to document processes
