Our client, a well-established retail company, is looking for an HR Manger to join their New York team. In this role you will oversee HR policies across the company, build relationships with employees at all levels and help field questions or concerns, liaise with management to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee benefits programs. Other day to day tasks will include managing new hire orientation and exit interviews, overseeing the performance management program, and maintaining HR files and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, exceptional communication skills, is proactive and can build strong relationships internally and externally, and has a good sense of both retail and corporate environments.
