Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 shifts Monday-Friday. The area of coverage is Broken Arrow.

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ months home health experience within the past 3 years
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• BLS
• OK RN license
