Salary: $26.00 USD Hourly - $28.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst
This position is onsite fully in Dallas, TX - MUST be local.
12 month contract with potential extensions.
- Routine Information Systems and Technology Support: This role involves assisting users with technology-related issues, such as troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Applying Company Standards and Best Practices: The technician ensures that solutions align with established company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Problem Resolution: The technician handles complex issues that couldn't be resolved during initial or secondary interactions with customers.
- Training: They train lower-level help desk support technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Lead Technician: The role may involve leading a team or being the go-to person for escalated issues.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): The technician creates SOPs based on known problems to streamline processes.
- Management Reports: They provide reports on support activities and performance metrics.
- Other Assigned Duties: The technician may take on additional tasks as needed.
- Required: A minimum of four years of experience in computer technical support.
- Preferred: A bachelor's degree in information technology and at least two years of experience in computer technical support.
