Do you have Help Desk Support experience, and are you seeking a new job in Greenwood Village? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Help Desk Support Tech for a long term engagement.

As a Help Desk Support Tech, you will provide first-level technology and data innovation support for all end-users via telephone, email, or chat. This is an exciting time to join the bank, as they have moved to a scaled agile SAFe and are transforming how they work and deliver value.

During your first few weeks in this Help Desk Support Tech role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems
• Escalate calls when appropriate
• Write concise, informative service tickets
• Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursue issues through to resolution

To apply for this Help Desk Support Tech role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• Tier 1 help desk support experience and experience with ServiceNow
• Expertise with laptop setups and remote software installs
• Understanding of multiple operating systems and a broad knowledge of popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers, and networks
• Ability to lead junior resources as needed
